Most of us overeat due to emotional or habitual reasons i.e. we eat to satisfy our minds rather than our bodies. It's not what we do but why we do it.

Weight control hypnosis is one of the healthiest ways to successfully achieve the weight you desire and deserve. Most of us want to lose weight 'permanently' right? I believe in empowering clients by teaching them simple techniques which they can use independently, tools that will ensure their achievments are permanent ones

Hypnotherapy combined with NLP can allow you to have a change of attitude towards the way you have been eating so that you begin to eat "appropriately" and so that you can start eating your way to a healthier body and mind.

How many sessions will I need?

Each person is different as are their reasons for over-eating, therefore the amount of sessions necessary vary. Clients usually know when they have taken control and feel ready to end their therapy. Some clients find that 1 session is enough whilst others will require more. However after your first session I will be able to give you a professional prognosis.
