I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to establish the current strategies that you are using – even those that you are not aware of. Once we have recognised them we can begin to replace them with more beneficial and powerful ones. I use hypnotherapy to enhance and embed the new strategies and to change any old limiting beliefs, ensuring that the changes remain permanent.
I teach my clients how to be resourceful so that they can take control of their performance long after our work together is complete.
