When we become pregnant we find a real connection of 'self'. Often excitement can be followed by fear. Did you know that pain is born out of fear, ,and fear is born out of misinformation and negative conditioning. How many stories have we heard about labour being a negative experience? It is these stories that our parents and peers were told by their parents and peers that have been past down over the years, all causing fear and pain for what is the most beautiful and natural thing in the world.
